I am looking for a unit in Hundred Trees, 3+1. But i would like to find out the payment scheme. I am planning to sell of my HDB to finance this for the initial payment and loan the balance.

Depending on the size and facing of the unit, a 3 bedroom unit would range around $1.3mil to $1.6mil. As you require the proceed from your sales to facilitate the purchase, you might want to consider the following factors as well: how much can the bank loan to you and how much CPF and cash you have at hand?
